A public website and a phone system handle different data. Here is how those boundaries work.

01

Visiting this website

Our hosting provider serves this public website, its fonts and published demo video. The site has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration or checkout. See the browser storage details.

The hosting provider processes connection information, such as your IP address and browser request metadata, to deliver the website. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can respond to your enquiry.

02

Operating your own deployment

A buyer-operated installation stores its business configuration, call history, transcripts, requests and optional recordings in the buyer’s environment. Buying the source code does not, by itself, send that database to Avrosh.

The deployment operator chooses providers, manages access and gives callers the notices required for its use. Your selected providers receive data needed for their role in the call. See providers and data flow.

03

Recordings are optional

Call recording is off unless enabled in a published agent configuration. The operator can choose 7 or 30 days of audio retention. Access requires permission, and expired audio is unavailable through the application.

That audio setting does not delete transcripts, requests, usage records or backups. The operator must manage those records and backup retention separately.

04

Questions and data requests

For a call handled by an agency or business using Avrosh, contact that deployment’s operator first. It controls the relevant data and account access.

For information you have sent directly to Avrosh, contact hello@avrosh.com. Identify the enquiry or service concerned and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

If Avrosh separately operates infrastructure for a customer, the applicable agreement defines the processing scope and responsibilities. See data processing.
