Providers & data flow

An integration supported by the codebase is not automatically a processor engaged by Avrosh. Your deployment and selected accounts determine the actual data flow.

01

Services involved in a call

ServiceRole when configuredRelevant data
Phone carrierTelephone numbers, call control and media transportNumbers, call metadata and call audio
STTSpeech recognition in Modular VoiceIncoming call audio
LLMShared reasoning and business actionsConversation context, relevant knowledge and action context
TTSSpeech synthesis in Modular VoiceText to be spoken
Real-time voiceNative voice conversationCall audio and relevant conversation context

The optional helpdesk integration sends selected caller requests when an authorised operator exports them. Configured webhook receivers receive their subscribed event data.

02

Your accounts determine the relationship

In a buyer-operated deployment, the buyer selects and contracts with its providers. Review their terms, retention and processing locations for your account and use case.

Processing locations depend on the selected service and account entitlement. A region setting does not establish end-to-end data residency. Review the deployment-specific provider details in your installation documentation or request them before purchase.

03

Separately operated customer services

If Avrosh is engaged to operate infrastructure for a customer, request the service-specific processor list and processing agreement before the work begins. This integration overview is not a substitute for that inventory.

The public website

Our website hosting provider delivers the public pages, fonts and published demo video. It processes visitor connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata. The signed-in application, its database and private call recordings are hosted separately.

The public website does not embed a third-party video player or load analytics or advertising scripts. Contact hello@avrosh.com for questions about website or enquiry handling.
