Purchase & license terms

Self Setup is $149 once and includes the released codebase, installation guide, customer group and software updates. Assisted Launch is $349 once in total, including Self Setup, deployment assistance and first agent configuration.

Your written purchase terms define the license, update period, support scope and delivery details. Contact us to arrange your purchase and review those terms before payment.

You can rebrand the source with your agency’s or client’s logo and identity. The purchase license defines deployment limits, other modification rights and any source redistribution rights. Branding a deployment does not itself grant permission to resell copies of the source code.

Access to source code does not itself make the software open source or grant unrestricted redistribution. Third-party software and provider services have their own terms.

Buyer-operated installations use your infrastructure and supported provider accounts. Hosting, model usage, speech, telephone numbers and carrier costs are separate from the codebase purchase.

You are responsible for configuring and operating your deployment, including appropriate caller notices, permissions and calling practices. Any separately agreed assistance is defined in its own service scope.

Existing purchases and signed agreements remain governed by their applicable terms. This page does not replace an agreement you already have.
